Return and Refund Policy — Eagle & Platypus
Every Eagle & Platypus product is made to order, custom printed especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
What we will fix — gladly and without question:
If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or the print quality doesn't meet our standard, we will replace it or refund it in full. No argument, no complicated process.
This covers:
- Damaged or torn garments on arrival
- Significant print errors, fading, or misalignment
- Wrong item or wrong colour sent
- Item lost in transit and not delivered
To make a claim contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@eagleandplatypus.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
What we cannot cover:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size ordered — please use our size guide before purchasing
- Minor colour variations between screen and printed garment
- Damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse
Refund processing time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
International orders: Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Eagle & Platypus.
