Terms of Service — Eagle & Platypus

By purchasing from Eagle & Platypus you agree to the following terms.

Products: All products are made to order and custom printed at the time of purchase. Product images are representative — slight colour variations between screen and printed garment may occur due to monitor settings and fabric type.

Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency of your market. Eagle & Platypus reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Order processing: Orders are sent to production within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once in production, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Eagle & Platypus is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual property: All Eagle & Platypus designs, artwork, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Eagle & Platypus. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability: Eagle & Platypus liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
